What kind of books do you accept for review?
We only accept books that fall under the categories below: Children's, Young Adult, and Teen. We do not read series books out of order! If you would like us to read a book that is part of a series, we ask that you send us the the first books in the series as well.
What formats do you accept?
We accept ARCs, galleys, and finished copies. Printed copies are greatly preferred, but e-books and audiobooks are also accepted. E-books should be in one of the following formats: in .epub, .mobi, and .pdf format.
Requester covers shipping and delivery expenses when sending a printed copy.
Do you accept self-published books?
Yes! Self-published books are accepted!
Do you review short stories?
Yes, but only short stories that fall under the genres/categories mentioned above.
What will I see in your reviews?
All reviews will have the following components:
Book Cover
Title
Author
Genre
Publisher and Publish Date
Format
ISBN
Author Information with links to author’s website, blog, and/or social networking sites
Summary/Synopsis of the book
Comprehensive review of the book
Note: All Summaries/Synopses will be taken from Goodreads.com unless/otherwise you provide them.
Where will the reviews be posted?
In addition to the reviews being posted on the PROSECULTURE site, reviews are also published on Goodreads.com and/or Amazon.com. If you would like your review posted elsewhere, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
When will your review be posted?
Reviews are typically posted from two (2) weeks to one (1) month after confirmation of review request. If you would like the review to be posted at a specific date, you may let us know in advance.
What if you don't like the book?
All reviews are guaranteed honest, and based not just on the plot/content of the book, but also on cover, layout, illustrations, and etc. Acceptance of a review copy does not guarantee a positive review. In cases where we do not enjoy the book, we will do our best to explain in depth in the review our reasons.
What other stuff do you post?
We also host guest posts, perform author interviews, trailers, conduct promotions/giveaways, and/or post other promotional posts.
